Cancellation Policy

Enrolment Places are confirmed on receipt of payment. Spaces are limited to keep groups small, and are allocated in order of booking. Payment Full term fees are due before the first session. Places are not held without payment. Missed sessions If your child misses a session, they are welcome to join another session of the same course that week — subject to available space. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can prepare materials. Make-up sessions cannot be carried beyond the term. Cancellations and refunds More than 7 days before the term starts: full refund, less a 10% administration fee Within 7 days and after the term has started: no refunds or transfers Missed sessions are not refundable or deductible, as materials and a place in the group are reserved for your child for the full term. Programme changes If we need to cancel a session, we will offer a replacement date or credit it toward the following term. Photography We occasionally photograph sessions for our website and social media. Please let us know in writing if you would prefer your child not to appear. We generally avoid using faces. Behaviour and safety Our sessions use real materials and tools. We ask that students follow safety instructions at all times.
