The Experience
In this 90-minute experience, hosted at your home or a venue of your choice in Dubai, your birthday girl and her guests step into the world of Coco Chanel. They learn the story of the woman who made simplicity luxurious, design their own little black dress with premium fabrics and trims, then walk the runway in front of a magazine-cover backdrop — with a personalised cover artwork with her own name. Travel included within 25 km of Al Furjan. Beyond that, a AED 100 travel fee applies, confirmed at booking What we need from your space A table and chairs for guests,a side table & 3 metres of clear wall for the backdrop. Cancellation Policy
Pricing & Payment AED 225 per child. Minimum 6 guests (AED 1,350 minimum booking). The minimum applies regardless of final attendance. Full payment confirms your date. Dates are not held until payment is received. Timing The time you book is the start of the experience. It runs for 90 minutes. I arrive 30 minutes before to set up and stay approximately 20 minutes after to pack down. No extra time needs to be added to your booking. The 90 minutes runs uninterrupted — please schedule cake, food and gifts before we begin or after we finish. Sessions start on time. Late starts shorten the session and cannot run into the next booking. Guest Count Final guest count is due 5 days before the event. Additional guests may be added at AED 225 per child up to 48 hours before, subject to space and materials. Guests added on the day cannot be accommodated — every place is prepared individually in advance. Cancellation & Rescheduling 14+ days before the event: full refund, less an AED 200 booking fee. Within 14 days: non-refundable. The full amount may be applied to one rescheduled date within 60 days, subject to availability. No refunds for no-shows or guests who do not attend on the day. Venue Requirements Hosted at your home, or at a restaurant or venue of your choice within Dubai. The host provides: – A table and seating for all confirmed guests, ready before the session begins – Clear table space with no cutlery or glassware set during the session – Adequate space and lighting for the design activity, photo backdrop and runway moment – Access 30 minutes before the start time for setup External venues must offer a private room or reserved section rather than open-floor seating, and must permit an external activity host. Please share the venue name when booking so it can be confirmed before the date is finalised. Travel Locations more than 25km from Al Furjan are subject to an additional travel fee, confirmed before booking. Decoration & Catering Studio setup, materials and all design supplies are provided. Party decoration, catering and cake are arranged by the host. On the Day A parent or guardian must be present at the venue throughout the session and is responsible for guest supervision outside the design activity.
