The Experience
A fashion birthday experience she'll never forget Ages 8–12 🖤90 minutes 🖤Hosted at your home or venue in Dubai A glamorous, hands-on fashion experience inspired by the little black dress. It starts with the story of the designer (Coco Chanel) who invented it — the woman who put women in trousers and built one of the most famous fashion houses in the world. Her Cover Moment: The birthday girl gets her very own editorial moment. Before the party, we create a personalized fashion magazine cover featuring her name, age and custom headlines. At the party, her cover becomes the canvas for each guest to create her own Little Black Dress, using fabrics, lace and trims. The birthday girl's becomes the featured edition. The celebration finishes on the red carpet, where every designer walks the red carpet runway against the Vogue backdrop. Your party, your venue You provide tables and chairs, one side table for materials, and a clear wall approximately 3m wide for the backdrop. We arrive one hour before to set up and pack down in 30 minutes. External venue hire and additional décor are arranged separately. Pricing AED 1,465 — minimum booking, up to 7 guests AED 195 — each additional guest, up to a maximum of 12 AED 100 — travel beyond 25 km from Al Furjan Ready for her fashion moment? Cancellation Policy
Pricing & Payment Minimum 7 guests (AED 1,465 minimum booking). The minimum applies regardless of final attendance. Full payment confirms your date. Dates are not held until payment is received. AED 200 of this is a non-refundable booking fee. Cancellations More than 14 days before: refund, less AED 200 booking fee. Within 14 days: non-refundable. No refunds on the day or for absent guests. If a venue cannot accommodate the experience, we'll work with you to find an alternative date or space. Where no alternative is possible, the standard cancellation terms apply. Rescheduling One date change permitted, up to 48 hours before. More than 14 days before: free. Within 14 days: AED 200 rebooking fee. New date must fall within 60 days. Payment carries across. Timing Your booking time is when the experience starts. It runs 90 minutes, uninterrupted — please schedule cake, food and gifts before or after. We arrive 60 minutes ahead to set up and pack down in 30. Sessions start on time; a late start shortens the session. Guest Count Final guest count is due 5 days before the event. Additional guests may be added at AED 195 per child up to 48 hours before, subject to space and materials. Guests added on the day cannot be accommodated — every place is prepared individually in advance. Venue Requirements Hosted at your home, or at a restaurant or venue of your choice within Dubai. The host provides: – A table and seating for all confirmed guests, ready before the session begins – Adequate space and lighting for the design activity, photo backdrop ( 3-4 meters) and runway moment – Access 60 minutes before the start time for setup External venues must offer a private room or reserved section rather than open-floor seating, and must permit an external activity host. Please share the venue name 2 weeks before the date. Travel Locations more than 25km from Al Furjan are subject to an additional travel 100 aed fee, confirmed before booking. Decoration & Catering Studio setup, materials and all design supplies are provided. Party decoration, catering and cake are arranged by the host. On the Day A parent or guardian must be present at the venue throughout the session and is responsible for guest supervision outside the design activity.
