The Experience
Not a crafts class. Not a hobby course. This is the real fashion design process — the way industry designers actually work. This is a no-sew program. This isn't a one-and-done course. Designing is a skill that builds term over term, and designers get visibly better each time they come back. 11 sessions | Sundays Sept 20- Dec 6 (Break Oct 11) | 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM | Ages: 8–12 What your little designer will do: ✨ Build a mood board and concept ✨ Explore colour palettes ✨ Fabric science and accessories ✨ Learn silhouettes and terminology — necklines, sleeves, shapes ✨ Sketch an original collection ✨ Fashion Art — design with real fabric on flat fashion figures ✨ Drape from 2D to 3D on mini mannequins ✨ Present at a final Trunk Show What every mini fashion designer takes home: ✨ Mood Board ✨Designer Look Book ✨ 3 original fashion arts ✨3 mini doll draped garments What They Learn: ⭐Leadership — owning a project and taking the room when they present ⭐Problem-solving — working through it themselves, not being rescued ⭐Planning — idea to finished piece, with every step between ⭐Confidence — what happens after the other three ⚠️ Max 12 students per group — Limited spots, these fill fast. 📍 The Sewing Society -Dubai Investment Park Address: Mayfair Business Center - 7 M - opp. Choithram S - Dubai Investment Park First - Green Community Village - Dubai - United Arab Emirates ⚠️Pay in Person (pay later) — select this to reserve your place now and pay by bank transfer. Payment must be received before the first session. ⚠️Please note: students need to be able to use scissors and cut fabric independently. Cutting is part of every session.

Cancellation Policy
Enrollment Places are confirmed on receipt of payment. Spaces are limited to keep groups small, and are allocated in order of booking. Payment Full term fees are due before the first session. Places are not held without payment. Pay in Person — if you select this option, your place is reserved now and payment is made by bank transfer. Payment must be received before the first session.. Missed sessions If your child misses a session, they are welcome to join another session of the same course that week — subject to available space. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can prepare materials. Make-up sessions cannot be carried beyond the term. Cancellations and refunds More than 7 days before the term starts: full refund, less a 10% administration fee Within 7 days and after the term has started: no refunds or transfers Missed sessions are not refundable or deductible, as materials and a place in the group are reserved for your child for the full term. Programme changes If we need to cancel a session, we will offer a replacement date or credit it toward the following term. Photography We occasionally photograph sessions for our website and social media, and we generally avoid using faces — most images show hands, work in progress, and finished pieces. We never publish children's names or schools. If you'd prefer your child not to appear at all, let us know in writing and we'll make sure of it. Behaviour and safety Our sessions use real materials and tools. We ask that students follow safety instructions at all times.
